Currently I’m reporting from Miami International Airport – but spiritually, I’m dreaming of Roma, where Bulgari is headquartered. The glam Italian luxury house is owned by LVMH, who just hosted me on Star Island for their annual Watch Week, during which all their brands* present new “novelties” for the year. I desperately want to tell you about meeting Enrico Barbasini and Michel Navas, the two watch legends behind La Fabrique du Temps (a high-concept movement manufacture now supporting Louis Vuitton timepieces and the Gérald Genta and Daniel Roth re-launches)... but that article will take much more time.
